Chestnuts are rich in dietary fibers that have an effect on improving constipation and reducing high sugar levels. In addition, tannin that is contained in the inner skin of a chestnut has been attracting attention over the years as an anti-cancer substance. The potassium that is rich in chestnuts is effective in preventing arteriosclerosis and hypertension.
